I currently own four BBQ books:
- Weber's big book of grilling
- Smoke & Spice
- Paul Kirk's championship barbecue sauces
- Legends of Texas barbecue
Weber's is the only one full of pictures of the dishes and
that's what really gets me wanting to fire up the trusty
new WSM.
I haven't really had the time yet to study the other books,
but I sure will this summer!
