There are no images of the first batch of tenderloins, nor of them when they were done, simply because there wasn't any time to take pictures, we just ate them all! :)

The initial setting: WSM to the left, oil barrel for mega grilling to the right.

The rib racks goes on at 14:30.

I'm loading the grill with charcoal from Vindeln. Excellent quality and huge chunks!

Twin lighters did the job in about 5 minutes! Check out the size of the chunks!

The WSM is 3 hours into the cook. Three racks of ribs and 10 halves of tenderloin is on (the latter since about an hour). The grilling began and everyone's excited!

The first batch of tenderloins were done, so we snatched a few from the grilling team and put them in the WSM! They had only been in grilling oil, so they look a bit pale. They turned out nice, though! (Trusty old WSM!)

With only one pair of tongs, you have to improvise!

Make way for the rib racks! You guys have to stay a bit longer...
